you have got a very decent score in APICET. With your score you won't be able to target very good colleges. I would suggest you to give an another attempt of entrance exam next year with better preparation and try to score above at least 150  score . If not some of the colleges which you can target under your score are as follows-

a)  Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, Chittoor

b) Prasad V. Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology-(PVPSIT), Vijayawada

c) Pydah College of Engineering and Technology, Visakhapatnam

d) Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College  of Engineerinng and Technology Nandyal-(RGMCET), Kurnool.

e) SRK Institute of Technology, Vijaywada

these colleges are the average decent college and comes under "C" category colleges.
