Hi aspirant,

as per official notification of CDS candidate should not be born before 2nd January 1996 to appear for CDS 2021. You lr date of birth is 20/10/1996 which is after 2nfd jan 1996. So yes you are eligible to appear for CDS 2021 and apply for it. However CDS 2022 you will not be eligible.
