There are always two ways to go abroad. Either immigration or studies. Immediately after b.tech if some one wants to go abroad then the only way is to choose a country, university and course and start your preparation for the same.

If you have done BTech and have some years of experience then you can also opt for immigration to Canada or Australia where PR process is easy.

You can do all this yourself or you can visit a consultant for this. Although the consultants either deal in study abroad or immigration but there are few who deal with both.
