First of all try to get a bachelor's degree in science field that is maybe in the field of physics or astronomy.  Then go for masters and then complete your PHD in astronomy scientist field. And then as per some entrance exams possible, you'll also get an opportunity to be an astronomer scientist at places like ISRO.
