As you have mentioned your category, so according to that you can easily get new IITs like IIT Bhubaneshwar,IIT Patna ,IIT indore ,IIT(ISM) Dhanbad,etc. But you should also try some old IITs like lIT Karagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati ,etc till last round because there is a chance of getting seat in old IITs also.
For NITs you can hope for almost all NITs till last round of CCMT as there is a good chance of getting Top NITs
