See class 11th details are optional, so even if by mistake the details have been entered wrong then also not to worry because class 11th details are not going to impact your NEET UG application.

However during correction window you can correct those details most probably and even there will not be provision to edit class 11th details then also nothing to worry. It won't impact your application.
