• M.A. International Studies is a 2-year full-time postgraduate Arts course. Candidates who have completed or who are attending their final year Bachelor of Arts [BA] or any other bachelor’s degree examination are eligible for the course. Candidates who have passed with a maximum of 55% marks in their bachelor’s degree examinations are eligible for this course. The percentage marks may vary from institute to another. Eligible candidates can apply for this course through in person or online to the colleges.

b.) Modern Indian Political Thought: Gandhi and Ambedkar.

c.) Political theory: Concepts of liberty, equality, justice, sovereignty, citizenship, stated. International Relations: Cold War politics, NAM, SAARC, UNO, India’s foreign policy particularly with China, Pakistan and USA.

d.) Indian Government and Politics: Making of the Constituent Assembly, parliament, cabinet, prime minister, president, state government, federalism, political parties (national and regional), elections, local government.
