Hii!
As per the current rules, student from NIOS is not eligible for NEET UG. Cbse also specified in 2018 that a student doing a course privately is not eligible for NEET. If you are really interested in NEET exam, you can sit for class 11th and 12th exam again with PCB and English as your core subjects and pass with more than 50% marks from a recognised Board of Education, may be CBSE. Else, I recommend, not to waste your precious years and choose other stream.
