Hey,

you do have chances in some of the colleges of Delhi University in the south campus. For sc category the cut offs fall to around 70% in some of the colleges like aryabhatt, deshbandhu, zakir hussain, acharya narendra dev, etc. just wait for the later cut offs as the initial cut offs are usually high.
