Don't worry even if your Date of Birth has been entered wrong in the UPCET 2021 Application form because there will be correction window opened by National Testing Agency (NTA) from May 2nd 2021 to May 4th 2021 so you can make required corrections in your application form in the specified time period.

It is known that Application form for UPCET 2021 has been released on April 1st 2021 and will continues till May 10th 2021 as the dates has been extended for application due to the clashing of UPCET 2021 and class 12th CBSE exams so the date of UPCET 2021 which was scheduled for May 16th 2021 has now been shifted to June 15th 2021.
