karnataka pgcet exam conducts by karmataka examination authority for admission in various master degree courses like mba, mca, mtech etc. see there is reservation for karnataka domicile candidates in pgcet exam, however non local candidates can also apply but since you belongs to the the domicile of karnataka state , you are not eligible for reservation benefits. so you can surely apply .
