hey, samrat here My query is related to admission process I will describe it in two lines caste on my leaving certificate belongs to general,I have caste certificate and caste validation of obc caste.will it create an issue during admission. if yes,then what is way to avoid that?

Hello Aspirant,

See if you have your Caste certificate and caste validity certificate for OBC caste then you will be considered as an OBC candidate and you will get all the reservation benefits prescribed for OBC candidates provided that you must be lying under Non-Creamy Layer. If you are an OBC candidate and lies under Creamy Layer then you won't get any reservation benefit and even you will be considered as General candidate.

The category which is mentioned on your leaving certificate will not be considered if you have proper reservation certificates for OBC NCL. Once again make sure that you must be lying under Non-Creamy Layer then only you will get the reservation benefits.
