You must have filled your preferences in the DU registration form by now. You can change the order of those preferences till it is allowed by DU, but you cannot change it after that.
If you're asking about if you can change the college in which you get the admission, then it depends on the subsequent admission list. You'll automatically be promoted to the next college (if possible) in your preference once the next list comes.
