You have not mentioned any exam in your query without that it is slightly difficult to answer your query.To avail EWS reservation you need to fill the application form as EWS category candidate.You cannot provide EWS certificate at the time of counselling to claim reservations.However, if the application process is ongoing you can apply once again with new email id and phone number and mention your category as EWS.Or if there is any correction window available you may corrections.Please tell us the exam to help you further.
