its not possible to set up a business with out money or with out others batch mates collaboration. if you are in your b.tech now, please study accordingly and after you pass your course try to get experience of various information technology field. because a start up is possible when you have enough experience and you may lead your team with out any obstacles.

See for cse students max students develop websites of different purposes. Some students develop software or apps. Basically start-ups in software field requires less funding and more profit.
