The Eligibility criteria for applying RBI assistant post is as follows :

• The age must be between 20-28 years
• Must complete graduation with min 55% marks or relevant CGPA aggregate
• For SC/ST and other category except GEN , you just need to complete your graduation
• Your communication language should be strong

No dear Sorry. You can't apply for it Now. As it requires your marksheet to apply for this exam which is your Graduation degree. And it is a must creteria for this exam plus you have to be of 21 years of age to sit in this examination and compete with the students coming from all over the India
