Hi, Symbiosis university, pune, sets the cut offs on the basis of following criterions:

Total number of seats in the institutes
Total number of candidates appeared in SET and PI-WAT
Difficulty level of entrance exam and WAT
Reservation policy
Marking scheme etc.

The Unversity hasn't yet released the cutoffs for B.A Liberal Arts. In the previous years the cut offs have been generally around 80-90 marks. You will have to wait for the merit list to be released.
