According to previous year trend of Cutoff for VIT VELLORE campus through VITEEE,
To get into
Biotechnology engineering & Biomedical engineering branch for Btech the cutoff rank is expected to be under 13,000.
As your rank is far below 13,000 your chances of getting a seat seem very low.

If you live close by and going for counseling isn't that difficult for you, you can still attend it.
