Hello Kowsalya,

There are two courses of Civil engineering in CEG one is English medium and the other is Tamil medium. The cutoff for these courses for MBC category are given below -

Civil Engineering (English) - 1360 closing rank

Civil Engineering (Tamil) - 12198 closing rank

Yes..But u'll get courses other than structural engg. last yr my friend got admitted in CEG Geotechnical engg.and his mark is 42 in BC category
