Since Himachal pradesh counseling got over, you cab still take part in All India counseling and fill your desired college as NRI candidate.

If your marks follows the criteria then you will get the college. Or you can go for management quota seats.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IN HIMACHAL PRADESH COUNSELLING : must be Indian citizen to claim seat under government /private /management. Foreign National can also apply for seats under NRI/other quota. Non domicle can apply for management quota seat in private medical college in Himachal pradesh.
