Hi! Yes, you can apply for AP EAMCET if you completed 10th in Telangana and Intermediate in Andhra Pradesh. Your eligibility is based on where you completed your Intermediate (12th), so you will be considered a local candidate of Andhra Pradesh. This helps in counseling and seat allotment. Make sure you have all your original certificates ready. If you studied Intermediate in AP, you get local status in AP, which gives you better chances for seats in AP colleges.
