first of all congratulations to you!! You have a good score but you cannot expect call from every PSU. 

Cutoff marks depend on the number of vacancies. Most of the PSUs conduct their separate interviews after shortlisting from GATE. From PSUs every year onle few seats are released for ECE Gate qualified students as compared to other branches. They can also specify other eligibility criteria like age limit, CGPA, etc. 

You have chances of getting call from NTPC, AAI, and few more. 

Apart from this, if you have interest to study further then you can go for IITs, NITs. The admission IITs is based on the GATE cutoff declared by institute and are conducted through their individual IIT counselling. Whereas, admission to NITs are conducted CCMT counselling based on GATE cutoff of NITs.
