In case if you don't get all the certificates before counselling due late results then you can submit duplicate marks memo or submit all individual semesters marks memos at the time of certificate verification. So don't worry about certificates you will submit all original certificate except degree in certificate verification in place degree memo submit duplicate marks memo.

but i fail in 2 subjects.i kept revalution for that the results will come in month of august.

Then in time of counselling you have submit NOC document which are available at counselling area or ask from your college. If you pass in the revaluation then you are eligible for higher education.
