Hi Dominic,

See Bangalore medical college is more famous and hyped than Mysore medical college.

But the patient influx is great in Mysore medical college as compared to Bangalore medical college. The number of patients in Bangalore medical college, get's scattered in the entire city in other hospitals like Ramaiah or NIMHANS but in Mysore, the whole lot of patients come to Mysore medical college itself

The hostel facilities is a bit old in Mysore medical college but more open and feels royal because of the space and structure. But in Bangalore medical college, the hostels are congested and not that open and green.

These were some pros and cons available.

I would recommend you to stick to Mysore medical college for a better study and living environment.

I hope this information helps.

All the best.
