Yes, you can still appear for improvement exams in the other subjects even if you have reappear (RT) in Maths, as long as:
You have passed the overall exam or the semester/year.
The improvement exam rules of your board/university allow you to improve only the subjects you want, regardless of having an RT in another subject.
Usually, improvement exams are for passed candidates who want to improve their marks in specific subjects. Having an RT in Maths means you need to clear that subject separately, but it doesn't stop you from improving other subjects where you already passed.
