Hello ,

Yes, you are eligible to apply for NEET 2021 again as there is no upper age limit and no bar on no.of attempts for appearing in the NEET Exam.

But as you said,you have secured a seat in a medical college, though it's not clear whether you have taken admission into a government or private medical college.
If you are from a govt.medical college then you can leave the College with minimal or no penalty fees.
But, If you are from a private medical college then you have to pay the entire course fees before you leave the College .
So make sure to consider this important points before taking a decision to appear in NEET 2021.
