Hello,

Choosing an engineering branch is totally depends on your area of interest irrespective of rank or percentile.

This is because you have to spend 4 precious years of your life studying and exploring subjects related to that branch. So in my opinion, you must ask yourself, Infact your inner-self, what are the areas you loved to pursue you engineering either be it Computer science, mechanical, electrical, electronics, civil or any other branch. So choose wisely otherwise you will suffer later in engineering.
