Your MAT Percentile score seems decent but Chance of getting top B-School seems less.You need 90+ Percentile for top B-School.With this score you can get following Colleges:

SIESCOM NAVI MUMBAI

ISB&M PUNE

IPE HYDERABAD

IES MCRC MUMBAI

NDIM NEW DELHI

PSGIM COIMBATORE etc..
