Dear Suresh, Dr (Doctor) is your prefix title and that cannot be your initial. That is the reason why it must have been ommitted. However lack of the prefix in your name doesn't robe you off your qualification. With a prefix of Dr. or not, you are one. If you insist on having Dr as your prefix, you can reach out to the helpdesk and they will guide you.
