Firstly, there is no way to change the entries.

Secondly, there may or may not be problems. The problem can be in one case if you get the job they can ask that you said you have passed your finals, but the results were issued after that. In that case there may be a problem regarding your entries. But I personally don't think that will lead you to any loss of job if you get it.

I would like to recommend you to contact the SSC authority of your concerned zone and discuss out your problem. If there are any chance to rectify it they will instruct you out.
