If you have already submitted the application you cannot change the details. You can only correct details when the correction window is opened. The details that can be corrected in TS EAMCET online application is personal details, educational details and communication details. So, you can change the class 12th board details when the correction window is opened. The correction window will be opened from May 19 to 27, 2021. To correct the details you need to visit: eamcet.tsche.ac.in
