May I know if you uploaded the documents? If not, please send the following documents along with a copy of the confirmation or acknowledgement mail. A copy of Passport, copy of MBBS pass certificate certified by the embasdy, copy of 10+2 pass certificate, copy of date of birth proof, copy of internship certificate, copy of 10+2 marks list, 2 photographs, copy of Address proof to the mail id fmge.cc@natboard.edu.in. 

However if you have already uploaded your documents and still you receive a mail, I would suggest you resend them with a copy of the mail that you sent the documents the first time.
