Yes you are eligible to attend IPMAT in the year 2020. The basic eligibilit criteria  for a general category candidate is that he/she must have minimum 60% marks in 10th or 12th and age limit criteria is maximum 20 years of age as on August month in the year you appear

According to the analysis you are eligible to write IPMAT in 2020.

Candidates should be completed their 12th / higher secondary /10+2 Level / as well as its equivalent exams with 60% should be (55% for reserved category candidates) from recognized state or central board.
The candidate age should exceed 20 years (in case candidates belongs to reserved category is 22 years).
According to 2020 you are eligibile.
Now i will be telling you the eligibility criteria based upon 2019.
General and NC-OBC
Minimum 60 percent marks in Class X/ SSC and XII/ HSC or equivalent exams in 2017, 2018 & appearing in 2019
SC/ST and PWD (DA)
Minimum 55 percent in Class X/ SSC and XII/ HSC or equivalent exams in2017, 2018 & appearing in 2019.
