To pursue an undergraduate program in US, you will have to score well in SAT/ ACT along with an English proficiency test like IELTS or TOEFL

Your 11th grades are poor as you say but you can surely work had in your 12th and score well. Along with the scores, you should also have extracurricular and co-curricular interests to showcase.
