Yes, you can apply fir neet as you had the right combination of subjects in 12th that are required for neet and also there is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgement on it.

Dear aspirant, yes you can apply for NEET 2020. NEET eligibility criteria states that Candidates must have qualified Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology.Also,there is no upper age limit in NEET. The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects

UR - 50%,

OBC/SC/ST - 40%,

PWD - 45%

So, if you match the eligibility criteria you can surely give neet 2020.
