in most cases, only the document of the students are verified and not of the parents.

11th,12th marketsheet, character certificate, transfer certificate, id proof etc are required so a different name in your fathers documents will not really matter.

if they ask for your fathers documents, then you may submit an undertaking duly attested by district magistrate which would act as a proof of genuineness.

It's not about only COMEDK only , but for any counselling procedure your documents should be very well verified and certified correctly.

If any changes ,then make correction .

Always write the correct information.

Ask your seniors if they have faced a situation similar to this .

Dont worry their will be a way .

But there are chances of facing risk.
