No, it is not mandatory to have mathematics in your class 12th for admission in Symbiosis.
The eligibility criteria is that a candidate should have passed class 12th or equivalent course in any discipline from any recognized Board / Council / University with minimum 50% marks for general (open) category and 45% marks for students of SC and ST category.
Admission is done after qualifying the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET), Personal interview & Writing Ability Test.

Appearing candidates can also apply for SET.
Registration for SET has already begun from 23rd January 2020 and the last date of Registration is 16th April 2020.You can apply for the official website of symbiosis.I am providing you the link below
