hi,

sorry to say unless you clear your backlog paper of graduation, you are not eligible to apply for any course, let it be mba or pgdm or mtech or mca in indian university or foreign university. so my suggestion is please write the backlog paper and clear the exam, then you may apply for ielts or toefel or gre exam to go for foreign university.
