There will be not only a vast number of opportunities for placement attempts but also a variety of industries which come every year for hiring. There are also lateral hirings at BIMTECH (which means positions higher than Assistant Manager or Manager are offered after completion of Management Trainee period). Students also get the chance to visit companies as college representatives and interact with recruiters for coordination. What is more important is the kind of mentorship the faculty provide during the tough placement days. From going through your CV, to conducting mock personal interviews, to sharing past experiences, connecting with previously placed students to enlightening about issues pertaining to specific companies, professors take guidance and helping to another level. Beyond the classroom, the bond built between students and professors is invaluable.
