If the difference in the address is minor then there will be no issue but if the two addresses are totally different then you will face problems. So in my opinion to abstain from any issue you should get your address corrected in the income certificate because it is not a very difficult. Go to the office where it was issued and get it corrected. It will take to 2-3 days at max.
