Hello Anutosh,
I would be glad to help you with your question if you can specify which entrance exam's ranking are these. If these are JEE ranks then she can easily get admission in good colleges in good branches.
If she can get good marks in JEE Advanced then being a female she can get admissions in IITs as there are 14% seats reserved in IITs for females.
