You have not mentioned your category anywhere. But I suppose you are from a reserved category (sc /st) since your category markt rank is quite low and this is normally the case with reserved category candidates.
If you are from a reserved category then you can participate in the councelling process on the basis of your category merit rank.
Yes with this catwgory merit rank you have decent chances of getting fashion design in some of the nift centres .nift conducts multiple rounds of councelling .So you can also participate in the subsequent rounds of councelling.
