Hello Pori, Yes, On the basis of 2018 closing ranks for ST candidates, you can get B.Des fashion designing in the following NIFT colleges:

1) NIFT Kannur(2018 Closing rank for ST candidates was 6310)

2) NIFT Raebareli(2018 Closing rank for ST candidates was 6404)

3) NIFT Kangra(2018 Closing rank for ST candidates was 6568)

You can get NIFT Bhubaneshwar, NIFT Jodhpur if you have their home state domicile.
