Hello Sameer, you have accepatable rank in CRL though this much of rank is not make you eligible of most of the good college out there. But as you belong to sc category , it is like icing on the cake. Your rank in sc category is 14022. This much rank is enough to get you get in the low level nit. Hope this helps!!
