Hotel Management courses offered in educational institutions across India train students to become successful Hotel Managers, Hoteliers and Lodging Managers.

The minimum eligibility is 10+2, but as you mentioned that your friend is an 11 dropout, so it would be difficult for him to get a good course.

I would advise to take a private school for 12th class and then apply for the hotel management course.
