IITs take admission through JEE Advanced.

First you have to CLEAR both the MAINS & ADVANCED (should be qualified) .. Then you have to attend AAT exam conducted at All IITs.. A good rank can get you into any of IITs either ROORKEE, KHARAGPUR.. All The Best
