You might get some top colleges of du with 96.25% for sure. You just need to have patience and wait for the second cutoff to come. Right now I'll suggest you to take admission in whichever best college you're getting to fix your seat. You may later shift to a better college in further coming cutoffs easily with just a deduction of 1000 rs. Rest fees paid in that particular college will be returned. Your score is good enough to get you a seat in good bcom hons colleges in further cutoffs.  Being general category candidate may be quite difficult for you to grab a seat but if you're reserved category candidate then you may easily get one.

Your priority should be getting into a good college for B.Com Honours irrespective of whether it belongs to South Campus or North Campus. It's a general misconception that North Campus is the only abode of good colleges.
So,now coming to your question,the best college for Commerce in the entire Delhi University is Shriram College of Commerce(North Campus). The cutoff,here goes above 98 percent,so you don't seem to have any chance in the first cutoff(if you belong to general category).
You can get other good Colleges like Hansraj College,Miranda House,Kirorimal.
You can even get good colleges of South  Campus which are also amongst the top colleges the University of Delhi Like Lady Shriram College,Sri Venkateswara College.
