I am sorry but you cannot apply for both nri as well as general quota.

As general quota is meant for only indian citizens. No nri candidate can get admission through government quota. They need to avail for a seat through nri quota.

However if nri seats remain vvacant they get converted into general quota seats.

In private colleges however a nri camdidate can even seek admission through managemwnt quota
