Based on previous years cut offs, you might have a chance at:

University of Hyderabad: Bio Informatics

Punjab Engineering College: Electrical Engineering/VLSI Design/Electronics Engineering/Industrial Design

Now this is based on 2019 after Round 4 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors. Please use our GATE College predictor:
