                I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, Kishore it is not possible to undergo Document verification and choice filling without paying the registration fee. But I don't know how it worked. Generally, there is no need to pay Fee for second Counseling If you participated in the 1st round and didn't get the seat or rejected the seat you got then you will be eligible for the 2nd Round.
